How do we work?
For custom projects it is required to have your device in our tooling department. We will always send you a sample first before we run any volume production to guarantee full customer satisfaction. A-grade Polyurethane
The standard thickness of our covers is 0.011" and 0.025" before vacuum forming. We only use A-grade Polyurethane. Other materials for vacuum forming/thermoforming, such as KYDEX®, upon request.
