DEFECTIVE OR MISFIT RETURNS: WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE

We will accept returns within 30 Days after reception of your order if the product is defective or does not fit the device it was intended to fit on only. When your return request is authorized by our customer service, we will replace the product and ship at no additional cost or refund in full including shipping. See below 'RMA Process' to guide you with the necessary steps to follow.

Due to the nature of our product we consider all orders over 50 covers a custom order which is non-returnable and non-cancellable. International purchases are non-returnable and non-cancellable. For all other orders please see below 'RMA Process' to guide you with the necessary steps to follow. Shippings costs are not refundable.

REGULAR RETURNS: AFTER 30 DAYS BUT BEFORE 60 DAYS

You may return the product if unused and undamaged. 
There is a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. See below 'RMA Process' to guide you with the necessary steps to follow.

AFTER 60 DAYS

All sales are final.

RMA Process

1. Please call 801-295-7739, M-F 9am-5pm MST or e-mail support@protectcovers.com to explain the reason for the return
2. Please have your order number ready and provide photos of the received product 
3. Obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number 
4. Repackage in original shipping material and place RMA number on the outside the package.

We only accept returns for products that are returned to us unused, unfolded and without dents. 

Once we receive the returned product, we will make a final determination. Once approved, if you require a replacement, then the replacement will be shipped via US Mail free of charge. Expect 3-5 business days for delivery. If you require a refund, you will be refunded the money in the same way you originally paid.

Credit Card refunds will be processed in 1-2 business days.

There are no returns for any product(s) that have been used by removing the adhesive lining, damaged or over 60 days from the delivery date. 

Purchase Orders (PO)

If paid, then a check will be written and mailed for reimbursement of the returned amount.
If not yet paid, then a credit will be issued on the invoice.
